SALEM- Mr. Jaime Jose Toribio 39, of Salem, beloved husband of Yokatthy (Cruz) Toribio, died unexpectedly, February 4th, 2013 at Salem Hospital, surrounded by his family.

Born in Santiago, Dominican Republic, he was the son of Mario and Julia (Diaz) Toribio. At a young age he come to the United States and has since resided in Salem. He was raised and educated in Salem and was a graduate of Salem High School, class of 1991. He continued his education at North Shore Community College.

A computer technician Jaime had been employed at Metronic of Beverly. He was also associated with Tennessee BBQ in Peabody as a chef.

A vibrant personality and caring heart, Jaime had a passion for music and loved to dance. He was an avid sports fan, who especially enjoyed playing baseball and softball yet above all else his family was paramount. He enjoyed spending as much time together with his family and friends.

In addition to his loving wife, Jaimie is survived by his seven year old daughter Darianna Toribio of Salem and his fourteen year old son, Jose Toribio, his parents Mario and Julia (Diaz) Toribio, his brother Elvis Toribio and his wife Jennifer of Salem, his niece and nephew and god children, Jacob and Amaya Toribio and many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members and friends. He was also the husband of the late Dari Toribio.

ARRANGEMENTS: His funeral Mass will be held in the Immaculate Conception Church, Hawthorne Blvd, Friday, Feb. 8th at 10 A.M. Relatives and friends invited. Burial in Greenlawn Cemetery, Salem. Visiting hours in The O'Donnell Funeral Home 46 Washington Sq., (at Salem Common) Salem, Thursday from 6 to 9 P.M.
